RETURN POLICY

Items marked ‘Sale’ are final sale. No returns or exchanges.

If you are not fully satisfied with your item, or if it has been damaged in the process of shipping, or if there are any missing components, we accept returns and exchanges of our goods that are in reasonably unaltered within 10 days of purchase. No returns or exchanges on final sale items, or items purchased with a coupon code. If your item(s) meet this criteria, please send us a photo of your item and tell us the problem with your item at gm@ampersandrpg.com to obtain and return authorization number. Exchange for the same item is contingent on availability. Original shipping costs will not be refunded and all return shipping costs and new shipping costs for an exchanged item are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive your return, we will issue an exchange and/or refund to your original form of payment. It may take 5-7 business days after receiving the item for this refund to be reflected on your credit card statement.

RETURN PROCESS

If your item(s) meets the criteria above, please contact gm@ampersandrpg.com for an RA number. After you have received an RA number, please send your return or exchange to the address provided. Please include a copy of your packing slip with reference to your RA number and any shipping materials that were sent with your order.
